Come to the Social Center for an on-going variety of yoga practices so you can find your favorites and enjoy movement that best supports you and your goals! Choose 30 or 60-minute classes, these immersive offerings feature a rotation of yoga-based fitness, mindfulness, and breathwork.

Core & Restore, “Double-Header,” Half Hour Yoga Classes

Tuesday, June 10: 7-8pm


At 7pm, we kickoff with a Pilates infused yoga session concentrating on our core, abdominals, and lower back. Rest easy, at 7:30, we settle into a restorative session with a handful of gentle but deeply opening, long held poses. Come to one or both 30-minute classes.


Meet outdoors on the lawn, weather permitting; indoors if inclement. Bring your own mat, smiles are included.
