Dr. Maria Rheaume with Stepping Stones Psychological Services, PLLC is hosting a wellness retreat at the Elizabethtown Social Center on Saturday June 7 from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.
We will enjoy some light refreshments, and then I will guide you through use of positive affirmations (or neutral if positive feels too out of reach and "woo-woo" for you right now!), meditation, and therapeutic journaling. We will explore any blockages or barriers that come up regarding your self-concept and path to success.
We also have the great privilege of Yogi Fergot guiding us through gentle yoga and Art Therapist Kayleigh Wojewodzic leading an art therapy session.
